Ziron graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2021 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2022.
Ziron is part of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution department. He has handled a variety of litigation matters including civil and family matters as well as commercial and corporate matters relating to employment, the review and preparation of lease agreements prior to joining Fullerton Law Chambers.
Ziron’s experience includes but is not limited to the following:
- Acted for the appellants in relation to the beneficial ownership of shares in a group of companies specialising in environmentally friendly packaging solutions for natural rubber.
- Acted for two companies in claiming against a Monetary Authority of Singapore regulated trading company for sums unpaid on an attempted closing of Nickel positions for around S$25m.
- Acted for multiple former employees in resisting claims brought by a major company providing cargo surveying services and ship bunkering, in respect of alleged breaches of contract and unlawful means conspiracy.
- Acted for the Claimant in an action against an international private banking corporation’s relationship manager for approximately 2 million Canadian Dollars arising from the relationship manager’s alleged breach of duty of care.
- Acted for the Plaintiffs in claiming for an account of rental proceeds in respect of two commercial shophouses.
- Acted for the Plaintiff in committal proceedings.
- Acted for the Defendants in resisting an application to revoke the Defendants’ appointment as donees under a Lasting Power of Attorney.
